The Devon Ministry was a short-lived caretaker administration formed when Thomas Carew, The Earl of Devon was invited by George VII to form a Government, following the abdication of the previous monarch, Charles III. While seen as part of the Second Premiership of the Viscount Sidmouth, Carew was elevated to the position of "Earl of Devon" in the accession honours, and as such the Ministry is referred to as the Devon Ministry.

It lasted from 1 January 2025 until the conclusion of the tightly contested January 2025 General Election, when Carew was suceeded by his former Heron colleague and close political ally, William Somerset, The Earl of Durham
