The Kirkwall Ministry was created on 20 March 2025 when Charles Wright, The Viscount Kirkwall was invited to form a government in the name of George VII. This followed the resignation of Josephine Carew, The Countess of Strathmore as Prime Minister of Great Britain. It was dissolved on 20 April 2025 after the creation of the Second Warwick Ministry, following the April 2025 General Election.
