The Official Monster Raving Loony Party (OMRLP) is a polticial party established in the Empire of Great Britain in 2025 by former witch doctor Wilberforce Cholmondeley, also known as Howling Laud Chummers. It is best known for its deliberately bizarre policies and it effectively exists to satirise regional politics, and by fielding novelty candidates to offer an alternative as a protest vote.
