The British Constitutionalist & Unionist Party, known colloquially as the Whigs, is a minor political party of the Empire of Great Britain. It is the only member of the Liberatory Faction and generally finds itself at odds with the High Tea Party. The party is on the Centre to Centre Left of the political spectrum. Along with the Heron Party and the British Reform Party, it forms the Heron Coalition, which is poised to win the January 2024 General Election. It currently has 0 Members of the House of Lords and 0 Members of the House of Commons.

The party was founded on 23 December 2023, shooting off from the British Constitutionalist Party after it was remade into the British Reform Party. Under the leadership of Josephine Grey, it played a strong role in the politics of the Empire. Since the dissolution of the Liberal Democrats, its main rival is the High Tea Party.

In the January 2024 General Election, the party did not contest the premiership, but did stand a candidate for Member of Parliament. In response to the British Broadcasting Corporation, Party Leader Josephine Grey, stated, "Going into the General Election, the British Constitutionalist & Unionist Party had only planned to introduce the Empire to its philosophy and backbench in the House of Commons."
