Tucker Battle Bradshaw (born 7 May 1978) is a Southern statesman and Constitutionalist politician who currently serves as the Prime Minister of the Union of Camellia, Leader of the Constitutionalist Party, and Member of Cities for Madison. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, he is the first Prime Minister of the new nation.

Born to Thomas Lafayette Bradshaw, a banker, and Emily May Battle, a teacher, he was raised in Huntsville, Alabama. He was educated at Randolph School from 1983 to 1996 and University of Alabama in Huntsville from 1996 to 2000. Just as Bradshaw was meant to start law school, the health concern started what would be its first wave. In 2001, the Mayor of Huntsville created the Health Concern Commission in 2001, when the lethality of the disease became clear. On 12 July 2001, Bradshaw was appointed to the commission during a City Council meeting so that he could represent the youth. In 2004, he was elected to the City Council, following the death of his district's councilman. Just a few years later, all forms of government had broken down and Huntsville had found itself descended into chaos.

By 2010, the city was governed by several paramilitary groups who had regained a semblance of order. In this tenuous situation, the leaders of the districts decided to reform the government of Huntsville once more, and Bradshaw was elected as the delegate for his district. At the Davidson Convention, named for the place where they met, the Davidson Center for Space Exploration, Bradshaw was a prominent voice. He argued for the equal representation of the districts, the sovereignty of the city, and its role to engage with the rest of North Alabama in cooperation. On 24 February 2012, the Davidson Convention adjourned with the Saturn V Hall Agreement, which reestablished city government and the division of labor.

Immediately following the agreement, an election was organized for the vacant public offices and Bradshaw stood to be Mayor. While the election had significant competition, with each district running a candidate, Bradshaw won out due to his strong, principled convictions and his detailed plan to rebuild the city. As Mayor, he distinguished himself by delivering a sense of normalcy and order to Huntsville, which radiated throughout northern Alabama. In 2013, he negotiated a partnership with the cities of Birmingham, Montgomery, Mobile, and Tuscaloosa. Together, by 2014, Alabama was unified into a polity with the Agreement of St. Paul's, following the Convention of Birmingham.

Following the convention, Alabama was governed by the State Council, consisting of the mayors of the five cities. With Huntsville in a stronger place than the other cities, it was designated as the capital. Bradshaw was elected by the State Council as the President of the State of Alabama. From 2014 until 2019, he won two elections, but vacated from his second term early when the Union of Camellia was created and the governments of the constituent states were dissolved.
