Thomas Devi Rhayader (/ˈdeɪvi raɪˈædər/) is a Canadian-British politician and racing executive who had served as Leader of the Labour Party since 2026. Born in Canada, he is the chief executive and founder of the Formula One team Toro Rosso, currently under ownership by Red Bull.
