The Organic Procedures Act 2023 was created by Elizabeth Howard-Campbell, 1st Duchess of Edinburgh to replace the Statutory Interpretations Act 2021.

It defines all types of legislation, the required majorities and quorums for their passage, the types of majorities, the hierarchy of legislation, and the precedence of Orders-in-Council. It essentially allows the functioning of legislation within the region, and creates a order of interpretation.
