Kilns Motor Racing, usually referred to as Kilns-Mercedes, is a British Formula One Team and Constructor. Founded by Reginald Carmichael, The Duke of Westminster, and it has been competing in the RAC Formula One World Championship since the inception of the series. With two Constructors Championships and one drivers championship, it is one of the most successful teams in the sports history.

Well known for its signature Red Bull sponsoring, long-term works partnership with the engine car manufacturer Mercedes, and its ruthless turnover of drivers, Kilns is one of the few teams to have entered every race in Formula One.
